Brie Bella was born on November 21, 1983 in San Diego, California. Brie is the twin sister of Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace, and has a brother named JJ Garcia-Colace. She is the daughter of Kathy Colace and Jon Garcia. Her stepfather is legendary wrestler John Laurinaitis.
Raised on a farm in Scottsdale, Arizona, she graduated from Chaparral High School in 2002. She would move back to San Diego to attend college. After only a year, Brie moved to Los Angeles trying to find an agent.
She used to be in a relationship with Richie Kotzen, a former guitarist for the band Poison. It was revealed that she was in a relationship with former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) World Heavyweight Champion and now retired wrestler Daniel Bryan. They were married on April 11, 2014.
After working as a waitress, Brie began to receive some acting, modeling and promotional work with her sister. Brie received national attention when she made an appearance on the Fox reality television series “Meet My Folks.” Immediately afterwards, Brie and her sister were tapped to be the World Cup Twins for Budweiser. In 2006, Brie and Nikki would compete for the International Body Doubles twins search and the WWE Diva Search. They couldn’t make the cut for either competition.
The sisters, however, were signed to developmental deals by the WWE in the summer of 2007. Brie and Nikki were sent to the company’s developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW). Known as The Bella Bombers, Brie and Nikki made their in-ring debut. Fledgling around in various feuds, Brie made her main roster debut on a 2008 episode of SmackDown. Three years later, Brie would win the WWE Divas Championship, before losing it two months later to Kelly Kelly.
Brie and Nikki would leave the WWE in 2012 and tour the independent scene. A year later, they would return to the company in order to star in the hit reality television series “Total Divas.” She would compete in an array of feuds with Stephanie McMahon, Kane and even her sister, Nikki. Brie retired from in-ring competition in 2016 at WrestleMania XXXII.
Over the years, Brie has branched out into other media formats, like television shows, music videos, motion pictures and video games.
Aside from the WWE and the media, Brie is an advocate for animal rights and the environment.
We estimate that Brie Bella’s net worth is $1.7 million (2015).
So how much is $1.7 million really?
$1.7 million can pay the salary of four average WWE professional wrestlers. $1.7 million can also buy you the entire attendance gate of WrestleMania XXI.
