Arnold Schwarzenegger was born in Thal, Austria and started weight training when he was only 15. Just five years later he won the title of Mr. Universe, and was the youngest person to ever win the title. He won the title three more times, but along with the prestige, the title gave him something more. The chance to move to America, which he had been dreaming of since he was a child. He continued bodybuilding and won the title of Mr. Olympia when he was just 23, again the youngest person to ever win, and that records still holds true today. He was Mr. Olympia seven times.

It was in 1970 that he got his break into acting, appearing in Hercules in New York. More roles followed, but it wasn’t until he was cast in Conan the Barbarian and The Termintor the following year that he became a household name. Hit movies kept coming and were box office hits. In 1993 he won another title, this time not related to bodybuilding. He was named ‘International Star of the Decade’ by the National Association of Theater Owners.

Arnold met Maria Shriver, the niece of President John F. Kennedy in 1977 and they married in 1986. Arnold had always been passionate about the Republican party and later turned to politics; in a recall election for California he won the race for Governor in 2003. He was reelected and was in office from 2003-2010.

Although he has had several successful careers, bodybuilder, actor, and politician, Arnold hasn’t been without his problems. Rumors of infidelity and inappropriate sexual advances towards women have plagued him for years. He and Maria divorced in 2011 after he admitted to fathering a child with their housekeeper.

As a child, Arnold wanted to move to America to become rich and famous – and that is exactly what he did. From all of his success in bodybuilding, to several business ventures, to acting and political work, we estimate Arnold’s net worth to be $300,000,000 (188,275,000 GBP).

So how much is $300 million dollars really?

We all know how much Arnold likes to stay in shape, but with his hectic schedule that’s got to be hard. We think he should try the ultimate four minute workout with the ROM Machine. Is it expensive? Sure, but even at $15,000 Arnold could afford 20,00 of them.

Or better yet, since Arnold likes to woo the ladies, he could fly them to Paris first class and stay for a month at the Chateau de Villette. He could do this with 2,300 different ladies. Let’s just hope he remembers to take them one at a time.
