Name: Evan Peters
Born: January 20, 1987
Born and raised in Missouri, Evan Peters is the youngest of three children. He took a few acting classes while living in Missouri but moved to Los Angeles at the age of 15 so that he could pursue an acting career.
While young, he’s been successful from the start, winning a role in Clipping Adam after what was only his 2nd audition. As a younger actor, he appeared in a series of major brand commercials. He also appeared in Phil of the Future from Disney and The Days from ABC. He’s had a wide variety of supporting movie roles and has appeared as a guest on a number of television shows, including House, Monk, Parenthood, and The Mentalist.
His true breakthrough role came in 2011 when he was cast as Tate Landgon in the very first season of American Horror Story. He has had different roles in each season since.
Evan Peters is currently in a relationship with actress Emma Roberts. In the summer of 2013, the two made headlines when Emma was arrested for alleged domestic violence against Peters. Peters did not press charges and the two claimed later that they had “both been hitting each other.” The couple was engaged over the 2013 winter holiday season. Evan is currently estimated to have a net worth of $3 million.
How much is $3 million?
Not a ton, compared to bigger names, but quite notable for such a young actor. I think he could be really creative about helping teens and aspiring actors learn more about the horror niche; and I hope he’ll someday consider making contributions to domestic violence groups.
