In 2012, Teresa signed onto the cast of “The Celebrity Apprentice 5,” in which she won fifth and raised $70,000 for The Nephcure Foundation.

Due to her breakout success of the show, Teresa has branched off into other non-TV projects.

Teresa co-authored three successful cookbooks that consisted of recipes she was given by her mother. They include 2010’s “Skinny Italian,” 2011’s “Fabulicious” and 2012’s “Fabulicious!: Fast & Fit.” The books have been major successes as they have all been New York Times Best Sellers.

Despite the amount of money she has earned over her successful career, Teresa has well-known financial and legal troubles, which stem from her opulent lifestyle. She even filed for bankruptcy in 2009. Teresa finished her 15-month sentence in federal prison on Dec. 23, 2015 after just 11 months. She was found guilty of fraud. Her husband, Joe, will start his 41-month fraud sentence in March 2016. The family’s legal troubles were documented in a RHONJ three-part television special called “Teresa Checks In.”

We estimate that Teresa Guidice’s net worth is $11 million (2016).

So how much is $11 million really?

$11 million is nearly the amount of money that Teresa and her husband netted by committing bank, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud worth $5 million. But if you’re interested in watching Teresa get her big break on television then you could purchase more than 300,000 copies of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
