Kathy Wakile was born on October 4, 1965 in Paterson, New Jersey. She has four siblings: one sister, Rosie, and three brothers. Kathy is of Italian descent.

Kathy is currently married to Richard, a man she has been with for 22 years. They have two children together, Victoria, who had to have a benign brain tumor removed, and Joseph, who recently survived a horrific car crash. They presently reside in Wayne, New Jersey.

She was immediately launched into stardom after joining the third season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Ever since her debut in May 2011, Kathy has had feuds with her cousin, Teresa Giudice, and her cousin-law, Melissa George. The show also highlights how Kathy deals with her children and how she wishes to open up a restaurant someday. Her sister, Rosie, has been regularly featured on the show and has been lauded for her coming out as being gay. It’s believed Kathy earns a minimum of $100,000 per season.

The mainstream attention has enabled Kathy to transition into other areas she’s enthusiastic about. Aside from being a mainstay on RHOJ, Kathy has ventured into entrepreneurship. Since joining the show, Kathy has introduced three product lines:

  • Dolci Della Dea: Specialty gluten-free desserts
  • Goddess Eye Jewelry: a jewelry line that allocates a portion of sales to the National Brain Tumor Society.
  • Red Velvet Cosmo: a ready-to-pour cocktail based on red velvet cake.

Kathy also published a cookbook in 2014 titled “Indulge: Delicious Little Desserts That Keep Life Real Sweet.”

It’s apparent that Kathy has turned her hobbies into a lucrative business opportunity. Kathy has truly become the “domestic diva.” All what’s left is that restaurant she dreams about.

We estimate that Kathy Wakile’s net worth is $5 million (2016).

So how much is $5 million really?
