Enzo Amore was born on December 8, 1986 in Hackensack, New Jersey. He spent most of his childhood in Waldwick, New Jersey. This is where Enzo attended Memorial Elementary School and Waldwick High School. Upon graduation, he would attend Salisbury University and earn a degree in journalism.

Enzo would eventually try his hand at high school football. Because of his success, he continued his career in football by playing NCAA Division III football at Salisbury University. From 2007 to 2009, Enzo played linebacker and safety.

Prior to entering a career in professional wrestling, Enzo had a wide variety of jobs. He would be employed in the family business for a bit, performing DJ gigs at weddings and Bar Mitzvahs. The most reported employment opportunities in his lifetime, however, include a piano mover, a disc jockey for the New York Jets and a manager at the popular restaurant franchise Hooters.

Unlike a majority of the current World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) roster, Enzo did not have any pro-wrestling experience on the independent scene. Nonetheless, a huge fan of WWE growing up, Enzo recorded a video of himself performing a few moves, conducting various exercises and cutting a handful of promos. Enzo trained at the DeFranco’s Training Systems gym in Wyckoff, New Jersey since the age of 16, where WWE legend Triple H also started to train. When Triple H was provided a copy of Enzo’s video, he was given a tryout.

Enzo’s tryout would be a success as he was given a developmental contract in November 2012.

After getting prepared in development and learning the very basics of pro-wrestling, Enzo would make his NXT television debut in May 2013. Enzo would be victorious in his debut and would later create a tag team with Colin Cassady. The duo would regularly refer to themselves as “the realest guys in the room.” Enzo and Cass would go on to have a very popular run in the developmental system.

It was the night after WrestleMania XXXII when Enzo and Big Cass would make their main roster debuts to a raucous crowd. Enzo and Cass have been involved in an array of feuds, including with such teams as The Dudley Boyz, The Ascension, The Club and The Vaudevillains. They are presently (2016) on the Raw brand. To date, Enzo and Big Cass remain the most popular tag team in the entire company.

We estimate that Enzo Amore’s net worth is $250,000 (2016).

So how much is $250,000 really?

$250,000 could buy you hundreds of replica WWE World Heavyweight Championship belts. $250,000 could also buy you dozens of trips to the entire four-day WWE SummerSlam and WrestleMania weekend events. This is where you could meet Enzo Amore and receive a signed autograph.
