Jeff played football during high school as a fullback and linebacker. He also competed in amateur wrestling in high school. Eventually, the school made him select one sport to partake in: professional wrestling or football. Of course, he selected pro-wrestling.
Jeff has been in a relationship with Beth Britt since 1999. They were married on March 9, 2011. The couple has two children: Ruby and Nera Quinn. The family presently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
After school, Jeff, alongside his brother and friends, launched their own pro-wrestling federation called the Trampoline Wrestling Federation (TWF). Following the organization’s success, Jeff and his brother started to compete for an array of independent wrestling promotions across the East Coast. Matt would start his own promotion: OMEGA Championship Wrestling.
Jeff and Matt first made their debut in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in 1994, when they worked as jobbers. For three years, Jeff would compete against some of the big names, such as Razor Ramon, The 1-2-3 Kid and Rob Van Dam. It wasn’t until 1998 that the WWE started to pay attention to both Matt and Jeff Hardy.
In 1998, the WWE signed Matt and Jeff to a contract. After being trained by the WWE system, they were brought up to the main roster as the Hardy Boyz. In July 1999, Jeff and his brother would win the Tag Team Championship. This was just the beginning of their success as they would win the tag team titles several more times and compete in a historic rivalry with The Dudley Boyz and Edge and Christian.
It was in 2002 when Jeff split from his brother and competed in singles competition. He would go on to win the European and Intercontinental Championships. Despite his success, Jeff was released from his contract in 2003. He would go on to compete in the independent circuit, including for Ring of Honor (ROH) and Total Nonstop Action (TNA).
In 2006, Jeff returned to the WWE to help reform the Hardy Boyz. From 2007 to 2009, Jeff would receive a massive push by winning the WWE Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship. Once again, Jeff would leave the WWE in 2010 in order to heal his bodies from injuries. He would return to TNA in 2010 and has been with the company ever since.

We estimate that Jeff Hardy’s net worth is $12 million (2016).
So how much is $12 million really?
$12 million can buy you the contract of WWE and MMA star Brock Lesnar, who used the Hardy Boyz as his launching pad in 2002. $12 million can also buy you a mansion in North Carolina.
