Corey Graves was born on February 24, 1984 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is the son of Hungarian immigrants, and he has one sibling, Sam Adonis, who is a professional wrestler.

Prior to entering the professional wrestling industry, he went to college and earned a marketing degree.

Corey is presently married to his longtime girlfriend, Amy, and they have three children together. The family currently lives in Connecticut.

He launched his pro-wrestling career in 2000, when he performed as Sterling James Keenan. Corey performed for a wide variety of independent promotions, including Independent Wrestling Association Mid-South, Cleveland All-Pro Wrestling, Full Throttle Wrestling, the International Wrestling Cartel (IWC), One Pro wrestling (1PW) and Ring of Honor.

In his early days, Corey would compete against many of the biggest names in the industry today: CM Punk, Samoa Joe, Chris Hero, Colt Cabana, AJ Styles and Raven.

For several years, Corey had made numerous sporadic appearances for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). In August 2011, Corey finally signed a developmental deal with the sports entertainment behemoth. He was sent to the company’s developmental territory, NXT. He had mixed success and would compete against the likes of Seth Rollins, The Wyatt Family, Sami Zayn and Alex Riley.

In December 2014, Corey announced that he was retiring from in-ring competition due to serious concussion issues. He stayed with the WWE, however, and performed as a pre-show panelist and NXT color commentator, thanks to Triple H. Due to this success in this capacity, Corey was promoted to the main roster and served as the color commentator of Monday Night Raw. He also performs commentary duties for “205 Live,” alongside Tom Phillips.

Corey garnered the support of a lot of WWE fans when he was heavily featured in E:60 documentary: “WWE: Behind the Curtain.”

Outside of the WWE, Corey is a professional piercer and is a columnist for Alternative Press, where he writes about music and wrestling.

We estimate that Corey Graves’s net worth is $650,000 (2017).

So how much is $650,000 really?

$650,000 can pay for nearly the entire production cost of a single Monday Night Raw episode. $650,000 can pay for Goldust’s WWE contract.
