Sebastian Gorka was born in London, England on October 22, 1970. He is the son of Pal Gorka and Zsuzsa Biro.
He attended St. Benedict’s School in London and later earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and theology and the University of London. During his time in school, Sebastian enrolled in the British Territory Army, concentrating on intelligence and interrogation. He has also received a master’s degree in international relations and diplomacy at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences. Sebastian continued his education by being a research fellow at NATO’s Partnership for Peace and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Despite his parents fleeing Hungary following the failed 1956 uprising, Sebastian returned to Hungary, working for the nation’s Ministry of Defense. He soon became one of the nation’s top counterterrorism experts in government and on television.
This led to a wide array of American and European organizations to hire Sebastian to help provide his expertise, such as the Marine Corps University Foundation, George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, USSOCOM’s Joint Special Operations University and the National Defense University.
He wrote for the Hudson Institute of New York between 2009 and 2011. He also served as the national security affairs editor for Breitbart. For two years, Sebastian was an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University.
Sebastian was tapped to be the deputy assistant to President Donald Trump in January 2017. Sebastian has become a well-known figure – loved by the right, hated by the left – for his combative nature with the media, particularly with CNN and BBC.
Sebastian is married to Katharine Gorka and resides in the Washington, D.C. area.
We estimate that Sebastian Gorka’s net worth is $1.2 million (2016).
So how much is $1.2 million really?
$1.2 million can purchase a small home in the heart of Washington, D.C. $1.2 million can also pay for the annual salaries of about nine White House senior staff members.
