He was quite active in secondary school as he became a member of the speech team, head of the choir and appeared in several school plays. He later enrolled in Oakland University, earning a degree in theater from the California Institute of the Arts.
He has been married twice: once to actress Catherine Hickland (1984 to 1989) and actress Pamela Bach (1989 to 2006). David has also been in relationships with Roberta Leighton and Linda Morris. He is presently engaged to Hayley Roberts. He has two children: Hayley and Taylor Ann.
David made his television debut in 1975, when he played Dr. Snapper Foster on the hit soap opera series “The Young and the Restless” until 1982. During his tenure on the television show, David started his singing career, which has been a modest success to date.
The Hoff would experience his biggest success in 1982. NBC signed David to star in one of the biggest shows in television history: “Knight Rider.” David earned a People’s Choice Award for his performance.
Three years after completing “Knight Rider,” David would star in another immensely popular TV series: “Baywatch.” During its 11-year run, “Baywatch” generated more than one billion viewers in 140 nations.
He continued to perform on stage, starring on Broadway hits “Jekyll & Hyde,” “The Producers” and “Chicago.” In this time, he also appeared in various motion picture comedies, including “DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story,” “EuroTrip,” “Click,” “Kickin’ It Old Skool” and “The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.”

He has delved into a wide variety of areas in recent years: David launched the social network “HoffSpace,” lent his voice to several video games, launched a 10-week television talk show and starred in a reality television series called “The Hasselhoffs.” David even returned to reprise his role as Dr. Snapper in “The Young and the Restless.”
His latest projects involve two movies: “Power Play” and “American Paradise.”
Despite his vast success, David has suffered from alcoholism, something that he has been recovering from since 2009. Moreover, despite his massive net worth, he claims that he is broke, a fact that his ex-wives dispute.
We estimate that David Hasselhoff’s net worth is $120 million (2016).
So how much is $120 million really?
$120 million can help you design your own version of the vehicle from “Knight Rider.” $120 million can also buy every film and television show he has ever appeared in.
