In April 2018, Sara reprised her role as Darlene Conner in the revival of “Roseanne.” The series has so far been a massive success, and Roseanne Barr announced that a second season has been renewed. Despite the enthusiasm for the revival, there are reports that Sara and Roseanne are regularly feuding on set.
In addition to the celebrated TV series, Sara has appeared in many other TV shows, including “The Simpsons,” “Will & Grace,” “The Glass,” “ER,” and “The Big Bang Theory.” In the mid-1990s, Sara experimented with filmmaking, directing the short movie “Persona Non Grata” and the TV movie “Even the Losers.”
