Name: Kaley Christine Cuoco
Born: November 30, 1985
Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting was born in Camarillo, California on November 30, 1985. She is the daughter of Gary Carmine Cuoco, a real estate agent, and Layne Ann Wingate, a homemaker. She has one sister, Brianna.
Kaley has been in a few relationships over the years. She has dated actors Johnny Galecki, Henry Cavill, Al Santos, and Thad Luckinbill. In October 2011, Kaley was engaged to addiction specialist Josh Resnik, but the engagement was called off a year later. In December 2013, she married tennis star Ryan Sweeting, but they divorced in May 2016. In June 2018, Kaley married equestrian Karl Cook, the son of billionaire Scott Cook.
Despite being a celebrated amateur tennis player in her teenage years, Kaley decided to become an actress instead. She made her feature film debut in the 1995 motion picture, “Virtuosity.” She would eventually transition to television, appearing in various projects, like “Ladies Man,” “Growing Up Brady” (TV movie), “Alley Cats Strike,” and “8 Simple Rules.”
In 2007, she would land one of the featured roles in the smash hit television series, “The Big Bang Theory.” Her success in the show has allowed her to branch off to behind the camera. Kaley established Yes, Norman Productions, which has so far been a success, striking a multi-year deal with Warner Bros. She has produced “Authors Anonymous” and will be producing and starring in “The Flight Attendant.”
She has been nominated and has won several Teen Choice Awards, People’s Choice Awards, and Young Artist Awards.
Kaley recently received a lot of criticism online when she told Redbook magazine in 2015 that she does not consider herself to be a feminist, adding that she enjoys cooking for her spouse. She told the outlet:
“Is it bad if I say no? I was never that feminist girl demanding equality, but maybe that’s because I’ve never really faced inequality…I cook for Ryan five nights a week: it makes me feel like a housewife. I love that. I know it sounds old-fashioned, but I like the idea of women taking care of their men.”
After getting blasted by feminists on social media when the remarks resurfaced, Kaley backtracked and confirmed that she is a feminist. Kaley told Cosmopolitan magazine, “Of course I’m a f—ing feminist. Look at me. I bleed feminism.”
We estimate that Kaley Cuoco’s net worth is $26 million (2018).
So how much is $26 million really?
$26 million can cover the cost of her horse-themed wedding to her billionaire husband. $26 million can also pay for Kaley Cuoco’s entire salary in a single season in “The Big Bang Theory.”
