Ethan Peck was born in Los Angeles, California on March 2, 1986. He is the son of Stephen Peck, a military veteran and executive, and Francine Matarazzo. Ethan is also the grandson of legendary actor Gregory Peck and actress Greta Kukkonen. He has one sibling, Marisa, a writer.

Ethan studied at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts for four years, studying theater and graduating in 2008.

It has been reported that he has been in relationships with Lindsey Shaw, Kelsey Asbille, and Julianna Guill. Ethan currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

Ethan has been involved in acting ever since he was a child, earning roles in various motion pictures and television series, including “Marshal Law,” “That ‘70s Show,” and “The O’Keefes.” As he got older, Ethan attained bigger roles and films and TV shows, such as “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice,” “Gossip Girl,” “In Time,” “Madam Secretary,” and “The Honor List.”

It was announced in August 2018 that Ethan would be cast as the legendary character Spock in “Star Trek: Discovery.” Peck wrote on Twitter soon after the news broke:

In addition to the “Star Trek” series, Ethan has several other projects in the making, like “Intensive Care,” “Broken Land,” and “For Love.”

For his role in “Adopt a Sailor,” he was the recipient of the best actor award at the 2009 Sonoma International Film Festival.

In his free time, Ethan has completed brown belt and first level of black belt Karate training.
