Name: Philippa “Pippa” Charlotte Middleton
Born: 6 September 1983
Occupation: Event Planner, Author, Editor
Pippa Middleton was the second of three children born to Michael and Carole Middleton. Her oldest sister is Catherine “Kate” Elizabeth Mountbatten-Windsor who is better known as Princess Catherine, the new wife of Prince William, Duke of Cambridge. Although successful in her own right, Pippa became world news on 29 April 2011 when she was the maid of honour at her sister’s wedding. As her image was shown around the world she quickly became an internet sensation.
Pippa attended the University of Edinburgh where she studied English literature. She graduated in 2008 and first began working at a public relations company before changing to event planning. As her parents own a party supply company, it’s no surprise she went this route.
On 30 October 2012 she released her first book, Celebrate: A Year of Festivities for Families and Friends. This book is a guide to throwing a party during any holiday, and offers tips and tricks as well as easy crafting ideas. Sales have been a bit slower than anticipated, but the book is selling nonetheless.
Including her salary, advance for her book, and actual sales of the book, we estimate Pippa Middleton net worth at about £ 1 million (1,273,000 USD). Of course, her parents successful company Party Pieces is worth well more than that, so money shouldn’t be too much of an object.
So how much is 1,000,000 pounds really?
Let’s face it, Pippa always looks good, no matter what handsome bloke is on her arm. To continue looking her best, she may want to add a classic Chanel “Diamond Forever” Handbag to her arm. With it’s amazing array of diamonds, she would impress even the toughest fashion critic with this stunner. And at a price of GBP 165,000 she could own six of them and have some change to throw in each one of them, for cab fare of course.
But, we all know Pippa is into parties, so she could throw a real bash by flying 12 of her closest friends first class to Little Whale Cay in the Bahamas. They could stay on this private island for two months and party to their hearts content. She would even have enough money to pay for the food and alcohol. Well, if she didn’t invite Prince Harry, that is. That alcohol bill may cost just a tad bit more than even Pippa’s pocketbook can handle.
